Looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to join our family owned Commercial Insurance Company in our office in Murrieta. Responsibilities would include contacting clients for renewals and follow ups, completing applications in compliance with the agency, and answering phones. Will be working directly with the broker.

An ideal candidate must be:
● Well-organized, reliable and punctual
● Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Insurance Raters or a quick learner
● Thorough and pay attention to detail
● Communicate with clients in a professional manner
● Insurance agency experience (P & C license a plus)

Pay depends on experience.
