**Call Center Reps Needed !! - Earn $16.35 - $19.90 D.O.E

Description
Online Retailer located in Irvine CA seeks 7 Customer Services Representatives to work in their call center. This is an immediate long term position.
Responsibilities include:
-Respond to high volume of inbound customer calls, research and resolve repairs and parts orders
-Provide information about the products, warranty and services
-Quickly analyze customer concerns and needs
-Demonstrate commitment to customer service by following up on customer issues and ensuring superior results
-Develop expertise on all Product brands within the organization
This position is full time and the schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm.
Experience/Skills required:
-Effective verbal and communication skills
-Must enjoy working with consumers, retailers, employees, etc.
-At least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
-Strong analytical, organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
-Ability to type 30 wpm
-Ability to navigate through several screens at once on a computer
-Ability to consider and know how decisions affect all cross-functional areas (merchandising, marketing, etc.)
-Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
