Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
:Prepares Pricing quotations and follows up on customer inquiries.
:Process customer purchase orders utilizing internal operating systems and acknowledge delivery date to customer.
:Monitor sales and delivery of spare parts orders for the same customer manages orders to hear that it takes and commitments accurately reflect our customers expectations
:Mitigate complaints and settle customer dispute to include quality concerns and credit memos
:Contribute to team success during workload cycles to ensure customer demands are met for all accounts
:May work on a temporary or rotational basis as a sales order specialist within the sales and marketing department
:Performs other way to duties as required which includes any person related items which could include accounts receivable product support warranty or sit related issues
Qualifications Requirements:
:1 year minimum experience in manufacturing setting in a customer related area or proven ability to work will with others is REQUIRED
:Must be proficient with PC based computer applications (Microsoft Office) MS Word, Project, Excel, PPT)
