CO:OP Financial Services is currently looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator in the Operations department. This position is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.The Administrative Services Coordinator processes a high volume of work orders which performs administrative or clerical support tasks according to well:established procedures and ensures timely completion. The incumbent provides support in a professional, courteous and informed manner to multiple departments.What your day will look like:Provides administrative support for multiple departments.Develop and maintain expertise on internal and external systems and FIS services.Provides procedure documentation support, including screenshots, supportive documents for Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity.Assembles documents, reports and binders for various departments.Documents procedures and work flow processesAccesses and pulls data from online microfiche.Maintains files and records management.Coordinates logistics, catering service and other meeting related requests (i.e., prepares agendas, reserves and arranges facilities etc.) for all meetings internal and external.Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations, i.e., hotel, airfare, car rental, etc.Conducts research, and compiles data.Prepares routine correspondence and mailings, including e:mail and faxes; copies various correspondences or other printed material; organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.Acts as liaison with network processor for ATM maintenance piles, and orders logo wear.Provides back up for issues regarding the facilities.Reviews work flow and makes recommendations to the Manager, Administrative Services.Provides administrative backup to Project Support Specialists or Administrative Coordinators. This position requires a High school diploma with at least 3 : 5 years related experience in a lead administrative position. Thorough intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point software required. We are looking for someone with microfiche knowledge and business operations knowledge. To perform this job successfully, the Administrative Services Coordinator must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as administrative and organizational skills and be self:motivated with the ability to work independently. Must be intuitive to understanding entire work process; asks questions and follows through on project and have project support skills with the ability to multi:task.
