Job Description
Job Summary:
Client Service Fulfillment Manager will manage the West Coast Client Service Team working as a liaison between the internal client service departments, external vendors, call center and warehouse operations.
Essential Duties:
:Provide and ensure supreme client support by researching and documenting issues and problems and resolving the problems swiftly.
:Maintains client data integrity by determining marketing plans and working with media buyers, inbound telemarketing Centers, manufacturers and merchant banks.
:Manage data to ensure the client understands the success or failure of their current campaign by measuring and ensuring results
:Occasionally, work directly with Sales to implement new client contracts and project goals by establishing and developing plans which include; standard operating procedures, and pricing.
:Manage team of Account Managers and Order processing administrators in West Coast Facility; Ensure that daily workload is addressed and completed accurately and within expected time frame, distribution guidelines are adhered to and administrators maintain standard of professionalism.
:Work with Director of Client Service, West Coast General Manager and Warehouse Managers to determine most cost efficient ways in which to address daily volume, from a labor perspective, and adjust accordingly based on fluctuating needs of the business.
Skills/Qualifications:
:Strong presentation skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
:Must have 3:5 years direct client management experience
:Highly self:impelled and directed, with sharp attention to detail.
:Must have exceptional proficiency in computer applications including: all Microsoft Office Suites. Microsoft Access and Project experience.
:Exceptional Project Management skills
:EDI /Retail Distribution Experience preferred
:Must be able to handle deadlines and stressful timelines well.
:Management Proficiency quality management experience to manage a team with a team focus environment.
:Additional related duties and responsibilities as determined by client service department needs
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, business management or related specific field from an accredited institution preferred. In lieu of education, 3:5 years experience in a client services environment.
