Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking an Internal HR Recruiter to join our team You will perform activities in Human Resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
The job of the Internal HR Recruiter is to identify current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings on online job boards and other social media outlets for full life:cycle recruiting. The Internal Recruiter position is responsible for screening, interviewing, testing and referring applicants for all internal job positions throughout the company. This position must possess a basic understanding of the companys organization structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
* Coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s)
* Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
* Acts as liaison with area employment agencies and industry related advertising agencies
* Screens applicants resumes and filter candidates for open positions
* Coordinates appropriate employment testing
* Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/technical schools, etc.
* Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
* Report to hiring managers and HR manager on the status of open positions and employment status
* Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager
* Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
* Determine qualification criteria for each position
* Analyze turnover and retention rates for forecast hiring needs
* Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy
* Answer candidates queries regarding the position and/or application process
* Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
* Participate in job fairs to boost companys reputation and Brand
* Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry
* Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
* One to two year of relevant experience in Human Resources preferred
* Ability to organize skills assessments (in employment tests, etc.)
* Hands:on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
* Good knowledge of labor legislation and various employment State laws and practices
* Knowledge of the industry is recommended, but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Able to collect and interpret data:based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system
* Gather and analyze information skillfully
* Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
* Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
* Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule
