The Recruiting managers primary responsibility is to partner with leadership to achieve talent acquisition objectives to ensure HR staffing processes and practices are aligned. The recruiting manager will serve as a lead contact for all operational client staffing needs including talent acquisition and management, recruiting metrics, manager training, and technology. All other areas of responsibility include:Monitor and track recruiting and sourcing costs to reduce the costs of the recruitment processManage applicant tracking and applicant flow log to increase and continue positive recruiting cycles in our ATSConduct, track and report out on new hire surveys and exit interviews to determine what amendments can be made to processes, procedures or best practices to retain associate baseAnalyzes and reports out on recruiting metrics with statistical reports on departmental activities such as job opening reports, time to fill reports, sourcing and turnover reportsThe recruiting manager must be comfortable working with data to communicate trends and eventsBachelors degree and PHR certification preferredExperience in the financial industry preferred Minimum 1:3 years of managing recruiters in a corporate/fast paced enviornmentInterviewing and training experience in a corporate environment with demonstrated ability to source, screen and qualify candidates at various all levels of the organizationExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience manging vendor relationshipsProven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing:related decisionsPrior experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Icims, Kenexa or BrassringHigh level of professional maturity and track record of developing strong client partnershipsPrevious HR experience or specifically HR Generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered.Strong proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookPersonable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization.
