Overview: The Recruiting managers primary responsibility is to partner with leadership to achieve talent acquisition objectives to ensure HR staffing processes and practices are aligned. The recruiting manager will serve as a lead contact for all operational client staffing needs including talent acquisition and management, recruiting metrics, manager training, and technology. All other areas of responsibility include: + Monitor and track recruiting and sourcing costs to reduce the costs of the recruitment process + Manage applicant tracking and applicant flow log to increase and continue positive recruiting cycles in our ATS + Conduct, track and report out on new hire surveys and exit interviews to determine what amendments can be made to processes, procedures or best practices to retain associate base + Analyzes and reports out on recruiting metrics with statistical reports on departmental activities such as job opening reports, time to fill reports, sourcing and turnover reports + The recruiting manager must be comfortable working with data to communicate trends and events + Bachelors degree and PHR certification preferred + Experience in the financial industry preferred Qualifications: + Minimum 1:3 years of managing recruiters in a corporate/fast paced enviornment + Interviewing and training experience in a corporate environment with demonstrated ability to source, screen and qualify candidates at various all levels of the organization + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Experience manging vendor relationships + Proven ability to influence internal clients/hiring teams on staffing:related decisions + Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Icims, Kenexa or Brassring + High level of professional maturity and track record of developing strong client partnerships + Previous HR experience or specifically HR Generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered. + Strong proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook + Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization. Must also be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and is able to work undefined situations + Supervisory experience, including performance management, coaching and development of team members is required + Must be collaborative team player + Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
