Job Description:/h3:
The Store Sales Manager is responsible for management and overall performance of the showroom. This includes, but is not limited to, sales volume, key driver and profitability analyses; maximization of credit and other miscellaneous revenues; expense management and overall financial performance; identification and solution of business problems; creation and implementation of competitive strategies; managing productivity standards; and overall store management responsibilities. The Store Manager is also responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of all receiving activities, including unloading merchandise, merchandise preparation and staging, outbound shipments and daily backroom activities. In addition, the store sales manager should prepare and join the events hold by Fotile in great LA area.

Primary Duties
Establish a marketing program that creates sales and maintains profit margin
Communicate with Upper Management regarding Sales Goals, plan for meeting goals and weekly/monthly progress reports.
Adapt Sales plan as needed to achieve goals
Oversee the sales floor ensuring product is clean, priced and verify rebates/special pricing is current.
Meet with customers/clients to best match their needs to products, educating them so they feel confident in their purchase.
Set:up service calls and/or deliveries, confirm upcoming appointments with customers.
Research and order parts as needed
Order / receive product (parts, special non:stock items, accessories)
Transfer/receive products to and from other locations
Establish and manage customer accounts, collect payments, accurately complete payment paperwork, ensure paperwork is received by the Accounts Payable department according to schedule
Create schedules for optimal coverage for the store.
Represent Fotile at Trade Shows and other marketing events.
Collectively market and network Fotile company in this new community.
Create excitement for people within the community.
Create and participate in community events to represent Fotile in a positive light.
Secondary Responsibilities
Uncrate, assemble and price floor models
Deliver Products to customers when we are restricted with delivery crew
General operational duties, cleaning, ensure safety guidelines are followed
Order office and cleaning supplies
Check and maintain delivery truck. Check fluids and monitor scheduled service.
Minimum of 3:5 years experience as a Retail Store Manager
Proven History of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Minimum 3 years Appliance Sales, preferred
Must be an independent thinker AND a team player
Experience with invoicing software, preferred

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Ability to adapt to changing temperature conditions (from warehouse to office)
Ability to lift, assist with wrapping and loading of merchandise (bending, lifting, climbing)
Ability to clearly interpret, write and speak Mandarin and the English language.
Experience with scheduling software, preferred
Excel, Word, Microsoft Office competent
Ability to multi:task, prioritize and re:prioritize as business dictates
