Job Description:/h3:
As a Clinical Director in the Matrix Clinic in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, you would oversee and supervise therapists and MFT interns, manage the administrative aspects of the clinic, and participate in regular management meetings. The ideal candidate would have experience working in public sector addiction treatment in San Bernardino County. The Clinical Director reports directly to the CEO/Executive Director.

The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, including some evenings

Your job opportunity would include:
* Working Directly with the CEO/Executive Director
* Developing and implementing Strategy Decisions for the clinic
* Supervising MFT interns
* Individual and Group treatment of substance use disorders
* Using data to drive administrative decisions

The prospective employee must:

* Have at least a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Clinical Social Work, PhD in Psychology or PsyD
* Be willing to work in clinical and administrative settings
* Have at least two years of clinical experience as a licensed therapist (salary commensurate with experience)
* Be willing to work from 1 PM to 9:30 PM at least three evenings per week
* To participate in Marketing activities
* Willing to participate in covering the on:call schedule (by phone)
* Desirable candidates will have been trained in the Matrix Model of Addiction Treatment
* Candidates who have experience in Matrix clinics as a Key Supervisor will be strongly preferred
