Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an Executive Director to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the Hospice program including growth and financial performance.
Meet the regulations and requirements of the State in which the program provides services.
At least a Bachelors Degree or professional licensure in the field of nursing or human services.
At least five years of management experience, preferably in a health care setting.
Leadership qualities demonstrated in past achievements and/or previous work experience.
Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospices philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
