Mela Group is looking for a full time Event Brand Ambassador to join our clients brand marketing and sales promotions team Our firm provides innovative event marketing services for a variety of popular and up and coming brands through relationships with some of the nations largest retailers.

If you are a people person working in the retail or customer service industry and you are looking for a career change that provides opportunity, put your personality and ambition to work with our clients. We are looking for individuals that have experience in customer service, sales, or retail.

As an Event Brand Ambassador you will have the opportunity to actively engage with consumers in a retail event environment and provide product education and promotions. You will be responsible for communicating key brand messages to customers in order to increase brand awareness and program eligibility.

Responsibilities of the Event Brand Ambassador:
:Engage with consumers in an event environment to promote the brand and product.
:Excite and educate potential customers about the products key features.
:Organize and track product inventory at each promotional retail event.
:Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively answer and concerns and questions customers may have.

Qualifications of the Event Brand Ambassador:
:Determination and ambition to go above and beyond what is asked of you
:Excellent time management and organizational skills
:Previous experience in customer service, promotions and/or brand ambassador work is an asset
:Confident and positive attitude
