Job Description:/h3:
Marketing Manager
(Must have marketing experience in a residential real estate industry)
To operate and maintain the marketing and public relations for the company, working with ad agency on community marketing and strategies, and to plan and prepare for grand openings.
Manage the activities of the Marketing Department and its staff
Communicate with various departments to improve products and company image
Direct the design of flyers, direct mail pieces and other marketing collateral in the coordination with ad agency and Sales Representatives
Coordinate compilation and completion of brochures, signage, and sales office
Manage the maintenance of model homes, advertising, signage, brochures, public relations, invoices
Marketing of all active and upcoming communities and approve marketing materials such as ad campaigns, press releases, website designs, e:blasts, logos, direct mail campaigns, social media
Bachelors degree in marketing or any related field
5+ years of experience
Must have experience managing social media sites
Excellent communication skills
Strong understating of traditional and emerging marketing channels
